Pahaldesign Education is a leading educational institution specializing in providing high-quality design education to students. As an education counselor at Pahaldesign, you will play a crucial role in guiding students and helping them make informed decisions about their academic and career paths. Your primary responsibility will be to provide counseling and support to prospective students, ensuring their successful enrollment and smooth transition into the Pahaldesign education system.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their career aspirations, educational background, and interests.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Pahaldesign's programs, curriculum, admission requirements, and career prospects.

Assist students in selecting the most suitable courses and programs based on their individual goals and aptitude.

Address inquiries from students and parents regarding the admission process, scholarships, financial aid, and other relevant matters.

Conduct regular follow-ups with students to provide guidance and support throughout their academic journey at Pahaldesign.

Organize and participate in career fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote Pahaldesign's programs and attract potential students.

Collaborate with other departments and faculty members to ensure a seamless and positive student experience.

Stay updated with industry trends and changes in the field of design education to provide accurate and relevant information to students.

Maintain student records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Contribute to the development and improvement of counseling materials, resources, and strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, or a related field.

Proven experience in counseling, preferably in an educational setting.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Gujarati.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.

Empathy and a genuine desire to help students succeed academically and personally.

Sound knowledge of the education system and career opportunities in the design field.

Ability to assess students' strengths, interests, and goals to provide personalized guidance.

Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Flexibility to work on weekends and long hours during peak admission seasons.
