**Job Purpose**

in this role incumbent will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth functioning of the CHRO day to day activities. Responsible for executing quality Secretarial duties which include Communication, Documentation, handling confidentiality and Administration.

**Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Manage CHRO’s calendars and schedule meetings
- Follow up with team and clients as required to get work done.
- Managing Vendor Payments and follow ups
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain important files in the CHRO’s office
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Maintain secrecy and confidentiality

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1 - 5 years of experience as **Secretary / Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant**:

- Proficient in **Microsoft Office suite**:

- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Should have **stable career **and doesn’t have too many frequent job change in her resume
- Office (5 days working in a week
- Mon - Friday, 9 am to 6 pm)

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- as Secretary / Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Excellent English (required)
- excellent in writing and speaking English (required)

License/Certification:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (required)
- Are you Below31 yrs (required)
- Must be from Mumbai (required)
- stable career and doesn’t have too many frequent job change (required)
- 20-25% hike on current CTC (required)
- Comfortable with ctc 10 - 15lacs (required)
- additional qualification of Secretarial will be preferred (preferred)
