**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design various visual materials, including but not limited to marketing collaterals, social media graphics, website visuals, and more.

Create visually appealing and engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.

Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to manipulate images, create graphics, and develop layouts for a variety of platforms.

Assist in the creation of multimedia content by utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro, enhancing the visual quality of videos and animations.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for design projects.

Ensure that all design elements produced are consistent with the company's visual identity and resonate with the target audience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements, goals, and objectives.

Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve design skills and efficiency.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 6-12 months of hands-on experience in graphic design.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with a solid grasp of design fundamentals.

Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus, indicating a willingness to expand skill sets.

Basic understanding of B2B design principles and how to tailor designs for business-to-business communication.

A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and versatility.

Excellent creativity and a keen eye for detail, demonstrated through previous design work.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and interpret design briefs.

Ability to manage time efficiently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Adaptability to evolving design requirements and feedback.
