**Responsibilities**:
- Co-ordinating with the sales team and agents by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Attending and co-ordinating sales activities i.e. registering enquiries, preparing any sales documentation, mailing and following up with customers regarding quotations, negotiating terms with the customer at a cost best suited for them
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Attending and co-ordinating customer service
- Planning erection/service visits for engineers
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
- Must liaise between other departments and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the customers’ needs, cost and time restraints.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales; experience in sales / customer service dept. will be considered a plus
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
- Knowledge of ERP will be considered a plus
- Experience in AutoCAD or other similar software’s
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
