Seeking a Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions for optimized delivery operations and streamlined workflows. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, KPI tracking, and advanced analytics to enhance efficiency, reduce TAT, and improve decision-making.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of data-driven solutions to enhance delivery operations, streamline workflows, and optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to scale data models and ensure their integration into the production environment, optimizing performance metrics and business outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally to influence the adoption of data-driven approaches that improve operational efficiency, minimize TAT, and reduce bottlenecks in the delivery process.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for operational efficiency, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Use advanced analytics, statistical methods, and machine learning techniques to solve complex operational challenges and improve decision-making processes.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy in all operational workflows, designing and implementing robust quality control measures and continuous monitoring systems.
- Identify new opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and optimize existing processes through innovative data science methodologies.
- Communicate data-driven insights and technical results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align operations with business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of data science experience, focusing on operational excellence, product delivery, or process optimization.

**Must-Have**:

- Strong Python, R, and SQL proficiency for data manipulation, analysis, and querying.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning, statistical modelling, and optimization techniques.
- Ability to convert business challenges into data-driven solutions, leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning.
- Experience with database management, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of operational KPIs, workflow management, and resource optimization.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience in the **agriculture** sector or a similar domain.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools or software development workflows.
- Exposure to **PostgreSQL**, **Google Earth Engine (GEE)**, and **geospatial data** is a plus.
- Working with data visualization tools like **Tableau**, **Power BI**, or similar platforms.
