We are seeking compassionate and skilled nursing staff to join our healthcare team. The nursing staff will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, supporting healthcare professionals, and promoting a positive patient experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients at all times.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Adhere to established nursing protocols and standards of practice.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license in the state/province/country of practice.
- CPR certification.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
