1) Generating New Clients, and appointing dealers.
2) Managing the team of executives, guiding them, setting example and leading from front. Achieving the region’s targets for the solutions and products lines.
3) Achieving the sales targets, marketing budgets and costs and profitability budgets.
4) Managing the existing dealers
6) Responsible for After Sales Support to dealers with the help of the support team.
7) He/She will also be responsible for supporting promotional activities like demonstrations, road shows,Seminars etc.
8) Mapping the market, market segmentation, mapping the key accounts and approach the segments and clients.
9) Business development and sales
10) Implement the company’s overall product strategies and market strategies in the region.
11) Be responsible and accountable for all the targets
12) Training and development of the team
13) Training of the dealers and channel
14) Managing the channels
15) Collection of receivables and credit policies adherence.
Excellent communication skills, good negotiation skills, sales experience of high value products to corporates, architect and consultants.
Key accounts managing like Builders and Developers, Architects, MEP Consultants and project management consultants
Proficiency in written communications.
Education - Graduation in Engineering preferred or Science graduate.
