Position Purpose
- This is an APS / IT ops ROLE
- Act as the guarantor of Production throughout the product life cycle [Agile and DevOps approach]
- Integrate production requirements at all stages
- Ensure that the service is maintained in operational condition

The role includes operations and support, strongly collaborating with the global team and the other Technology teams in ISPL.

- Obsolescence and vulnerability management
- Capacity planning management
- DRP technical management and coordination
- Decommission management
- Maintain up-to-date referential and documentation
- (e.g., operating procedures)
- Morning/Evening checks achievement
- Definition of the technical solution
- Schedule definition with stakeholders and deadline commitment
- Production and infrastructure resources provisioning on all environments
- Technical user stories implementation, independently or by coordinating the right players (BP21 and other ITGP teams)
- Implement monitoring and supervision
- Follow FinOPS and SRE guidelines
