Position: Academic DeanAs the Academic Dean, you will play a pivotal role in leading our academic programs and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning. Your responsibilities will include:
Curriculum Development: Spearheading the design and implementation of innovative curriculum strategies that align with the PCM discipline and cater to the diverse needs of our student body.
Faculty Development: Nurturing a team of passionate educators by providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Quality Assurance: Overseeing academic assessments, examinations, and continuous evaluation processes to maintain rigorous academic standards and promote a culture of excellence.
Student Support: Collaborating with faculty and staff to create a supportive learning environment that empowers students to reach their full potential in the field of PCM.
**Requirements**:
Master's degree or higher in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or a related field.
Extensive experience in teaching and educational leadership, preferably in a secondary or higher secondary setting.
Strong understanding of curriculum development, pedagogical best practices, and assessment techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Visionary mindset with a passion for driving educational innovation and excellence.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
