Back Office Assistant

A Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative and operational functions of an organization. This role is primarily focused on handling the tasks and ensuring smooth and efficient back-office operations..
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation and Record Management: Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular data audits.
Data Entry and Processing: Enter and update data in various systems and databases.
Verify and validate data for completeness and accuracy.
Generate reports and extract relevant information as required.
Administrative Support : Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings with clients.
Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow.
Coordination and Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal queries and requests. Communicate and coordinate with external stakeholders as required.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
Streamline back-office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Assist in implementing new systems or software to optimize operations.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks to maintain high standards of data accuracy. Adhere to data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not always mandatory.
- Proven experience in back-office operations / customer service or administrative roles is desirable.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and google sheets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic office management tasks.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
