**Office Assistant for Alumni & Corporate Relations**

2. Job Description IITH is keenly connecting with their alumni all over the world who are
pursuing their career in many diverse areas. Alumni have a strong
emotional connect with the institution and have willingness to contribute
and continue their relation with their Alma Mater. Also, the institute is
looking forward for strong collaborations, both academic and industrial,
to help us grow stronger. Industry-R&D-Academia tie up on cutting
edge technologies is the key for the growth of the country.
Main role of this profile is to assist the office for various purposes. Work
includes documentations, keeping records, setting up meeting with
alumni donors, individuals and various offices, general office
management, organizing events, helping OCS in placements and managing
their accounts etc.

4. Essential i) Bachelor’s degree in any stream with minimum 60% marks (or
Qualification CGPA/Grade of 6.0 or above)* from a recognized university.

Word processing, Power point, or equivalent software and ability
to handle database.
b) Good proficiency in oral and written communication capabilities.
