**Shift**: Morning/Day/Night shift (rotational roster)
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff courteously, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about hospital services.
- Guide patients to appropriate departments for consultations or procedures.
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments efficiently and coordinate with departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally.
- Record and relay messages accurately to the concerned departments or personnel.
- Maintain updated patient records and documentation during the shift.
- Ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies or escalations during the night.
- Inform appropriate medical staff or authorities in case of emergencies.
- Adhere to hospital policies, data confidentiality, and compliance standards.
- Submit detailed shift reports to the supervisor/manager.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum high school diploma; additional certifications in front office management preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital setting, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, hospital management software).
