**About the role**

Regional Risk Expert ABDD
Location - Hyderabad #LI Hybrid
About the Role:
The role owner is responsible for Anti Bribery Due Diligence process set up and ensure an efficient execution for supplier assessments.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Closely work with key stakeholders including countries and the TPRM SD team to ensure that the Anti Bribery assessment operations are performed in alignment with the AB Third Party Guideline and the strategic directions / projects determined by the Global AB Program team.
- Support the TPRM team on follow-up on deviations and document final outcome where needed and report periodically on process performance partnering with in country stakeholders.
- Review the Due Diligence Executive Summary and the outcome of the background check from ethiXbase
- Assess identified red flags and work with stakeholders on mitigation and remediation actions as part of the initial assessment and the ongoing monitoring.
- Participate in trainings related to the AB Risk Assessment or Anti-Corruption in collaboration with the Countries as well as facilitate the discussion to make the decision whether the buy - side Third Party can be engaged, maintained or whether a more extensive due diligence is required.
- Seek guidance from Legal and Integrity & Compliance where needed advice and guide countries on AB risk related queries. Support and conduct AB risk assessments on global suppliers

**Role Requirements**

What you’ll bring to the role:

- Ensure that Legal is involved in drawing up appropriate contract documentation and record diligently the all relevant process steps and outcomes in the TPRM system
- Seek guidance from Legal and Integrity & Compliance where needed advice and guide countries on AB risk related queries.
- Support and conduct AB risk assessments on global suppliers. Ensure that renewal of AB risk assessments are triggered and performed
- Review the correctness and coordinate accordingly the review of excluded AB risk assessments that would have been triggered due to the selection of relevant NCCs.

Desirable Requirements:

- University degree Graduation/Post Graduation in business administration, engineering and good to have fields and Law degree or specialization in anti-corruption and/or experience in anti-corruption/anti-bribery areas
- 8+ Hands on experience into S&OP process in accordance with the NOSSCE policy on the S&OP process cGxP, BOM adjustment, TPT & TPLT & review experience of at least 2 years in Anti-Bribery or a relevant field. Preceding experience in Pharma, is preferable.
