**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist chiropractors with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow in the clinic.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient appointments, maintaining cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Escort patients to treatment rooms, provide education on chiropractic procedures, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Perform basic therapeutic modalities, such as heat therapy, cold therapy, and electrical stimulation, under the guidance of chiropractors.
- Assist with patient scheduling, intake procedures, and electronic medical records management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient information.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing patient inquiries, and processing payments.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal patient care and clinic operations.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a caring and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of chiropractic principles and procedures is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move equipment or assist patients as needed.
