**Roles & Responsibility**:

- To create awareness of organic farming.
- Search and contact new farmers for Organic farming in respective area.
- To conduct farmer training program of concerned project.
- To supervise the farmers of concerned project.
- Supervise crops from time to time.
- Supervise harvesting and proper dispatches as per company s production schedule and maintain liaison for the farmers and purchase directly from them.
- To implement the Internal Controls for organic production.
- To maintain the records.

Good knowledge and experience in organic farming.

Should possess good communication skills with an ability to initiate, acquire and build long-term.

Should be a good team player with multitasking abilities.

**Education and experience**:

- A Bachelor’s (preferably related to Agriculture, Horticulture & their Allied Sectors).
- 2+ years’ experience in a managerial role in Rural Areas.
- Travelling is Must

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- Travel
- Up to 70% travel

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
