IT Technician

**Proven work experience in IT support or IT technician roles**
- In-depth knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux, and UNIX operating systems
- Practical experience with internet and network security protocols
- Problem-solving skills
- Technical documentation skills
- Organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows XP, 7, 8 and 10,11
- Migrating and installation of New servers windows Server R12 and the Latest
- Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining software
- Well Knowledge of hardware components of computer and network systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
- Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall Fortinet and other
- Supporting them whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
- Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
- Knowledge of data storage and data recovery

**EDUCATION**

3 Year Diploma or regular Degree in Computer Science with relevant disciplines

Recommended certificates in information systems (CCNA, CCNP,)

**EXPERIENCE**

2 to 7 years of work experience in a related field is required.

**ADDITIONAL SKILLS Required**

Knowledge of Software coding

SQL, Reports, vb.net

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
