**Job Summary**:
As a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Executive, you will play a vital role in driving our company's commitment to social and environmental impact. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to develop, implement, and oversee CSR initiatives that align with our values and contribute positively to the community and the environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Program Development and Implementation**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute CSR initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's goals and values.
- Manage projects related to community engagement, environmental sustainability, employee volunteerism, and philanthropic efforts.
- Oversee the execution of events, campaigns, and activities that contribute to our CSR objectives.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, NGOs, governmental bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external partners to leverage resources, expertise, and networks for maximum impact.

**Employee Engagement**:

- Develop and manage employee volunteer programs and engagement initiatives that encourage team members to actively participate in CSR activities.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns to educate employees about CSR initiatives and their significance.

**Reporting and Impact Measurement**:

- Design and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of CSR projects.
- Prepare regular reports to communicate outcomes, progress, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.

**Sustainability Initiatives**:

- Contribute to the company's sustainability efforts by identifying opportunities for waste reduction, energy conservation, and eco-friendly practices.
- Research and recommend strategies to enhance the company's environmental responsibility.

**Partnerships and Collaborations**:

- Identify potential partners and organizations for collaboration on CSR initiatives.
- Negotiate partnerships and alliances that align with our CSR goals, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.

**Advocacy and Outreach**:Participate in public awareness campaigns and advocacy efforts related to social and environmental issues.
Represent the company in external events, conferences, and forums to showcase our CSR efforts.

**Fundraising and Donation Management**:

- Support fundraising campaigns and manage donation drives to support charitable projects.
- Ensure transparency and proper handling of contributions.

**Diversity and Inclusion**:

- Integrate diversity and inclusion principles into CSR initiatives, promoting equity and social justice.

**Research and Innovation**:

- Stay informed about CSR trends, best practices, and emerging social and environmental challenges.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve CSR strategies.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Sustainability, Social Sciences, etc.). Master's degree is a plus.

- Strong understanding of CSR concepts, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Passion for social impact and environmental responsibility.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
