**Key Responsibilities**:*
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the school’s curriculum.
- Teach Hindi language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
**- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.**
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and report to parents during conferences and through regular communication.

**Qualifications**:*
**- Bachelor’s degree & Masters degree in related stream is must.**
**- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is must.**
- Prior teaching experience, especially in primary education, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Hindi and a strong command of grammar and language structure.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**
**- Must have teaching experience at least 1 year.**
- **Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.**

- Ability to develop and implement creative teaching strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students.
