**Job Title: Quantitative Trainer**

**Job Purpose**:
To deliver specialized training in quantitative skills, preparing students for the quantitative sections of employment and higher studies tests, such as CAT, GMAT, GRE, and other competitive exams.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**: Design and implement a curriculum focused on quantitative aptitude required for competitive exams.

**Instructional Excellence**: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions to enhance students' quantitative skills.

**Student Support**:Provide guidance and mentorship, addressing individual learning needs for exam preparation

**Assessment and Feedback**: Develop practice tests, assess student performance, and offer constructive feedback for improvement.

**Innovation and Research**: Stay abreast of exam patterns and trends, integrating these insights into teaching methods and materials.

**Qualifications**:
Masters or higher degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc.).

Prior experience in training for competitive exams quantitative sections.

**Skills and Abilities**:
Strong grasp of quantitative concepts and test-preparation strategies.

Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex quantitative concepts.
