**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with employers and businesses to identify job opportunities and hiring needs
- Assist job seekers in preparing for job interviews, improving their resumes, and identifying job leads
- Facilitate job placements by matching job seekers with suitable employment opportunities
- Coordinate job fairs and other recruitment events to connect job seekers with potential employers
- Provide career counselling and guidance to job seekers to help them achieve their employment goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and labor market information to inform job placement strategies
- Collect and report data on job placements, outcomes, and program effectiveness

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in job placement, recruiting, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with networking and relationship-building
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical thinker with experience using data to drive decisions
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
