Urgently hiring a Tele-caller Front desk Executive in our Company with good communication skills in Hindi & English.We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Telecaller to join our Sales Department.

Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers. As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for giving proper information regarding the product or service provided by the company.

Experience:
2-4 years in Telecalling and Front desk operation

Office Location : Durgapur

Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Answering phones and explaining the products offered by the company and do the follow ups.

2.Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using proper information.

3.Resolving queries and issues related to the products.

4.Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

5.Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

6. Need to gather data base ,call them and pitch them for sales.

Requirement & Skills:
1.Out Bound Sales Experience with Strong communication abilities

2.Having a firm understanding of the products the business provides.

3.Outstanding capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations.

5.Resposible for regular office activities as such follow-ups and tele calling as per the data base.

6. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

7.Freshers are also welcome if suits the criteria.

8.Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.

Educational Qualification:
12 pass or higher

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
