**Full job description**
1. Responsible for handling entire gold loan operations at the designated branches
2. To handle gold loan customers at the branch, explaining Product features, handling queries, documentation and end to end loan processing
3. Responsible for sourcing of New to bank customers there by increasing the customer base
4. Responsible for conducting marketing and promotional activities through Auto/ Van campaign in the catchment areas around branch, Pamphlets distribution/Daily New paper - insertion, Advertising through Print and electronic media, Banner display etc
5. Collecting prospective leads through conducting meetings with Kudumbashree units, merchant association members, existing HNI clients follow up and conversion of the leads
6. Follow up of exited customers and bringing back the potential clients
7. Supporting monitoring and maintaining of LTV / SMA/NPA
8. Supporting recovery and upgradation of SMA /NPA Jewel loans and timely conduct of Jewel auction
9. Cross Selling of other Bank Products
10. Supporting JL Audit inspection and file closure in time
Process adherence to compliance of regulations, statutory & NBFC policy guidelines
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
