- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality materials.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements and optimize costs without compromising quality or timelines.
- Create and manage purchase orders in line with production schedules and inventory needs, monitoring shipments to ensure accurate stock levels
- Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure purchased materials meet the required standards and resolve any quality issues with suppliers
- Identify and assess supply chain risks, implementing strategies to ensure a reliable and continuous supply of materials.

**What are we looking for**
- Bachelors degree in têxtile or design.
- 2-3 years of experience in têxtile engineering, procurement, or a related field.
- Ability to manage **vendor relationships** and conduct **weekly site visits** for compliance and material checks.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel for vendor visits and to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management returns processing and claims management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
