Requisition ID: 33689- Job Location(s): Oragadam, INDanfoss Group IT is looking for a talented controller, alternatively a senior accountant, who will take financial controlling and reporting to the next level and drive us towards obtaining a more in-depth insight into our dynamic IT business.
IT Finance is part of Danfoss Group IT, consisting of around 1200 employees, and our main objective is to support the journey of the Digital Transformation within the Danfoss Group. You will be joining a team of highly skilled and dedicated colleagues and report to the Head of IT Finance and Controlling.
In IT Finance, we are on an exciting journey implementing Technology Business Management, a value-management framework used by trend setting IT organizations. Key in this transformation is our new IT platform, where you will be expected to play a central role.

**Responsibilities**:

Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting of Group IT Financials.
- Facilitate reporting and controlling processes and initiate continuous optimization.
- Develop and maintain financial processes, guidelines and procedures in Group IT, ensuring full cost transparency.
- Improve, develop and optimize Group IT reporting tools, processes and systems.
- Improve, develop and optimize R2R financial data quality and flows.
- Ad-hoc analysis.

**Background & Skills**:

You have 3-5 years of experience in relevant role.
- You hold a Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- You have accounting experience.
- You have well-developed analytical skills, and strong interest in systems and system development.
- You are an experienced user of Excel, SAP, Power BI and other BW tools.
- On a more personal note, you take initiative, have a strong sense of responsibility, a high degree of integrity and honesty, as well as a positive attitude.
- You can communicate effortlessly in written and spoken English.
