Tandoor Chef

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Tandoor Chef to join our culinary team.

As a Tandoor Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of tandoor dishes with precision and attention to detail.

Your expertise in traditional tandoor cooking techniques will be essential in delivering high-quality, authentic dishes to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:
Prepare and cook a variety of tandoor dishes, including breads, meats, and vegetables.

Operate and maintain tandoor oven equipment in a safe and efficient manner.Monitor food quality and ensure adherence to food safety standards.

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service.Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in tandoor cooking techniques and procedures.

Requirements:Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or food outlet.

In-depth knowledge of traditional tandoor cooking techniques and recipes.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Food safety certification is a plus.
