As a Sales and Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and increase brand visibility for the company. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that effectively promote our products or services to potential customers. Your role will involve a combination of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop sales and marketing strategies: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Identify target markets, customer segments, and positioning strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Sales generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop leads. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Customer relationship management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Marketing campaigns: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to create brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Market analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Sales forecasting and reporting: Prepare sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis. Track sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and customer feedback. Provide accurate and timely sales and marketing data to management for decision-making purposes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure effective coordination and alignment of sales and marketing efforts. Share customer insights and market feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry or market.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and trends.
- Creativity and innovation in developing sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
