**Role Overview**:
A One Advisory is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
- Present and promote our services effectively to prospective clients
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's success
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions in CRM systems
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a professional demeanor
- Minimum academic qualification: 60% overall in academics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
