We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized receptionist to join our team and make a positive first impression on visitors and callers. You will be the cornerstone of our front office, responsible for greeting guests, managing the reception area, and providing administrative support.

Job Location: Goregaon West,Mumbai

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer phones promptly, screen calls, and route them to the correct staff member.
- Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments for designated staff (if applicable).
- Prepare meeting rooms and provide refreshments as needed.
- Provide general information about the company to visitors and callers.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Booking flights, hotels, and rental cars for the CEO's business trips.
- Arranging visas and other travel documents for CEO
- Creating itineraries and making sure all travel logistics are handled smoothly.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation is must
- Minimum of 2 or 3 years of receptionist experience in a professional setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is must.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
- Professional and courteous demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
