As a Business Development Executive with a specialization in field marketing, you will be a key player in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, enhancing existing customer relationships, and strategically promoting our services in the field. You'll work in a collaborative and dynamic environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on our success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential business opportunities to drive revenue and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for business expansion and client acquisition.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive positioning.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
- Implement field marketing initiatives to promote our services.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market insights.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and expand your knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in business development or a related role, with a focus on field marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of Architectural and Interior Products is a plus.
