**Job Description Overview**

**Salesmen **are needed to sell India's most reputable brands of tyres.

They are responsible for generating sales every day by recommending suitable tyre products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:

- Visit new customers every day.
- Engage with customers to understand their tyre requirements.
- Provide information about different tyre brands, sizes, and features.
- Visit Garages, Rural Tyre Shops and tyre fitters.
- Visit small tyre dealers, schools, truck fleets, hospitals to sell tyres directly to them.

**Sales and Promotion**:

- Actively promote and sell tyres to individual customers, workshops, and dealerships.
- Achieve sales targets by maintaining a strong customer base and generating new leads.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest tyre models, technologies, and industry trends.
- Explain the benefits of specific tyre to customers.
- Address customer queries related to tyre performance, durability, and safety.

**Order Processing & Reporting**
- Delivery of new sales orders to store.
- Ensure proper records of sales transactions, invoices, and money receipts.

**Market Research**:

- Monitor competitors’ offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Identify market gaps and propose strategies to enhance sales.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Result Oriented.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tyre industry.
- Strong channel development and management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborative.
- Should have his own vehicle to travel in the allocated area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Travel requirement:

- Up to 70% travel
