We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to fill the role of _**Receptionist**_ cum _**Personal Assistant**_.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for the employer, as necessary.
- Take dictation, meeting minutes, and follow up action points.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls.
- Receive, sort, manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, with all necessary stationery.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Make travel arrangements including booking accommodation, transportation, and other logístical arrangements.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and data entry.
- Coordinating and arranging meetings and conferences.
- Managing office supplies and inventory.
- Assisting other staff members as needed.
**Required skill set, Qualifications and other parameters**:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional certification in Office Management/PA Diploma is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (Fax Machines and Printers).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
