- 1- Name of the post- Junior Associate
- Stores & Purchase- 2- No of posts- One (1)- 3- Nature of post- Contract basis- 4- Educational and other qualifications- Good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Access, Word, Power Point) and other computer related tasks is essential.
- Willingness to learn and to work accordingly to timelines.

- 5- Desirable qualification- A graduate degree with relevant work experience ( ERP/SAP/ Inventory Management system) would be an added advantage.- 6- Experience- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification relevant experience.

**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and take inventory on a regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
- Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
- Post all invoices and inventory on ERP and make expenses out at the ERP portal for each item issued from the store on a daily basis.
- Periodic reconciliation of stock items, opening balance
- issues-closing balance with stock register maintained.
- Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
- Work closely with the Purchase team to order and receive items and equipment.
- Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
- Generation of Purchase order on ERP and make necessary entry.
- 8- Key Skills required- Conversant with computers.
- Ability to prioritize work opportunities in the department.
- Ability to work on multiple assignments.
- Good command on written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi language.
