**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Staff Management**:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing and support staff on the designated floor.
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to staff members.
- **Patient and Family Service**:
- Address patient and family inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure that patients receive timely and respectful care and assist with special needs or requests.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.
- **Operations Management**:
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory of medical and non-medical supplies, and manage procurement as needed.
- **Compliance and Safety**:
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations and protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the floor.
- Implement and manage emergency procedures, and respond to incidents or emergencies promptly.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Prepare and maintain accurate records related to floor operations, including staffing, patient care, and incident reports.
- Assist in budgeting and financial management related to floor activities.
- Prepare and present reports on floor performance and operational issues to hospital management.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Act as a liaison between various hospital departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Organize and lead meetings with floor staff to address performance, goals, and operational changes.
- Collaborate with other Floor Coordinators and managers to resolve cross-functional issues.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,507.09 - ₹38,451.40 per month
