**IT Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst II - Job Description**

**About the role**:
Come join a growing team and be ready to make a huge impact in the Governance, Risk and Compliance space at Boston Scientific. As a Compliance GRC Analyst II, you will help with daily operations of the Governance Risk and Compliance team which includes but is not limited to cyber security controls maintenance, assurance, testing, external audit & assessments, and remediation management.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Plan, design and execute controls testing, controls assessment and documentation across all domains for IT General Controls, (PCI DSS) Payment Card Industry, Data Privacy, (HIPAA) Health Insurance Portability and Accountability and other GRC requirements, as appropriate.
- Support compliance and cyber security audit activities with external auditors and internal control owners to ensure timely and successful completion of audit requirements.
- Assess, document, and report cyber security risks and control gaps.
- Coordinate remediation efforts, and document exceptions, as necessary.

**Required qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years Information security, compliance, or technology work experience.
- Experience with common Information Security management frameworks & regulations (SOX, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001/2, and NIST frameworks, etc.).
- Ability to effectively manage positive/productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to convey cyber security concepts to non-technical audiences (e.g., senior, and executive management, internal customers).

**Preferred qualifications**:

- CISA/CISM/CRISC or other Industry Certification
- IT Audit Experience
- Hands-on experience with eGRC tools such as ServiceNow and RSA Archer
