Mechanical Emgineer

Supervise daily activities on the factory floor to ensure smooth operations and meet production goals.
- Assign tasks to workers, monitor workflow, and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that products meet quality standards and address any issues that arise.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Provide training to new employees and ongoing development opportunities for existing staff to enhance their skills.
- Manage inventory levels, order materials, and maintain stock to prevent shortages or overages.
- Troubleshoot problems with machinery, production processes, or personnel to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Communicate effectively with workers, other supervisors, and management to relay information, coordinate activities, and address concerns.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports on productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and relevant laws governing factory operations.
- Lead and motivate team members, resolve conflicts, recognize achievements, and provide feedback to encourage continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
