Solar Technician

**Qualification**:ITI /Diploma ECE,EEE

Must Have two wheeler /Driving License

**Responsibilities**:

- **Installation**: Install solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and other necessary components according to design specifications and industry standards. This involves working on rooftops, ground-mounted systems, and other installation sites.
- **Electrical Wiring**: Connect solar panels to electrical systems, ensuring proper wiring, grounding, and electrical safety measures are implemented. Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations is essential.
- **Testing and Commissioning**: Conduct system testing to verify proper functionality and performance. This includes voltage checks, current measurements, and system integration tests.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal operation of solar energy systems. This may involve cleaning solar panels, inspecting electrical connections, and troubleshooting system issues.
- **Repair**: Diagnose and repair malfunctioning solar energy systems. This requires troubleshooting skills to identify faulty components and implement appropriate solutions.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries during installation, maintenance, and repair activities. This includes working at heights, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and following electrical safety procedures.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and repairs. This includes documenting equipment specifications, work performed, and any issues encountered.
- **Customer Interaction**: Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, provide technical assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction. This may involve explaining system operation, maintenance procedures, and warranty coverage.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in solar energy systems. Participate in training programs and certifications to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
