As an industrial design intern, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to the creation of cutting-edge products that enhance user experiences and solve real-world problems.

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a creative and motivated Industrial Design Intern to join our design team. This is a 6-month internship where you will collaborate on various design projects, gain hands-on experience in the product design process, and develop your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm, sketch, and conceptualize innovative product ideas that align with project goals and user needs.
- Assist in creating 2D and 3D design concepts, renderings, and prototypes using design software SketchUp, keyshot, Fusion 360, Rhino
- Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
- Contribute to the development of detailed product specifications, including materials, colors, and finishes.
- Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights for refining designs.
- Support the team in sourcing and evaluating potential manufacturing processes and suppliers for prototypes and final products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to ensure designs meet technical requirements and market positioning.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as procreate, autodesk, photoshop for creating sketches, renderings, and prototypes.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities, demonstrated through a portfolio of design projects or coursework.
- Basic understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Effective communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and an eagerness to contribute to the design team's success.
