SIRT Expert

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

**What you’ll do**:

- Collects and analyzes all evidence, determines root cause, directs the other security analysts, and implements rapid system and service recovery.
- Create security plans, policies, and training that prepare organizations to respond efficiently and effectively to Product Vulnerabilities.
- Develop new technical solutions and security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
- Lead, coordinate, work closely with 24/7/365 monitoring, incident detection, and response team.
- Advise on the design of security monitoring infrastructure for on premise and cloud solutions.
- Developing a proactive Incident response plan.
- Should define Process on Identity Access Management (IAM) and implement.
- Mentor the monitoring 24/7 team members.
- Responsible for Creating Process, Policy, and implementing Vulnerability Management.
- Ability to effectively work with stakeholders in multiple engineering, Product, Service teams to ensure that identified risks affecting customer infrastructure are appropriately communicated and managed with associated remediation plans.
- Regularly review product security advisory and understand impact to customer networks.
- Conduct periodic Vulnerability Scan and Penetration tests on our critical Systems.
- Provide Weekly, Monthly, quarterly reports for leadership.

**What you need to bring**:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
- 8- 10 years’ experience in Cyber Security Incident response, Vulnerability management and relevant domain experience required.
- Experience in Product (Switch, Wireless) & Cloud Vulnerability Management, Threat Analysis is required.
- Work experience in Identity Access Management, Penetration testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage joint response and remediation efforts and constructively influence peers and leadership.
- Hands-on experience with popular incident response and orchestration tools.
- Drive the design, build, implementation, and compliance monitoring of security controls.
- Technical and consulting experience supporting networking products and solutions with advanced expertise in network switching, routing and security highly desired.
- CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or related SANS certifications preferred.
- Knowledge on using Vulnerability Scan tools like Qualys Guard, Open Source Tool.
