**Job Description**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digitalization strategy aligned with the business objectives of the Valves division.
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and data analytics to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions into business processes and workflows
- Manage the digitalisation budget, resources, and project priorities to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize return on investment.
- Allocate resources effectively, prioritize projects, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of digitalisation initiatives within budgetary constraints
- Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks and policies to ensure alignment with industry regulations and best practices.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with data security, privacy, and risk management standards within the Valves business unit.
- Provide guidance and support for IT audits and assessments as needed.
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team dedicated to digitalization and estimation initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance skills and capabilities.
