**3. Budget and Resource Management**
- **Monitoring Budget**: Ensuring operational costs are within the allocated budget and suggesting ways to reduce costs.
- **Resource Allocation**: Managing the allocation of resources like manpower, equipment, and inventory to meet production or service delivery goals.

**4. Supply Chain and Inventory Management**
- **Managing Inventory**: Ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and stock is replenished in a timely manner.
- **Supply Chain Coordination**: Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of raw materials or products.

**5. Quality Control**
- **Ensuring Product/Service Quality**: Monitoring processes to ensure that products or services meet quality standards.
- **Implementing Quality Assurance Programs**: Developing and enforcing quality assurance standards across the organization.

**6. Reporting and Analytics**
- **Performance Tracking**: Analyzing operational data and generating reports to assess the efficiency of operations.
- **Key Metrics Monitoring**: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality.

**7. Compliance and Risk Management**
- **Ensuring Compliance**: Making sure that company operations comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- **Risk Management**: Identifying operational risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.

**8. Customer Relationship Management**
- **Client Liaison**: Managing relationships with key clients or customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
- **Resolving Issues**: Handling any operational issues that impact customer satisfaction or service delivery.

In essence, an Operations Executive ensures that the business operates efficiently, resources are optimized, and customer expectations are met, while continuously looking for ways to improve processes and performance.

Pay: ₹11,245.10 - ₹24,791.45 per month
