**Job Title: Architect**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Design Development**: Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- **Project Planning**: Assist in the planning and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion.
- **Technical Drawings**: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD software.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and address any issues that arise.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
- **Sustainability**: Integrate sustainable design principles and practices into all projects.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including design changes and revisions.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and structural principles.
- Excellent design and visualization skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements:

- **Availability**: Flexibility to work on-site and visit project locations as needed.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and designs.
