Hiring with a General Insurance company for their office in Kolkata/ Indore/ Ahmedabad.

**Role: Legal Claims-MACT**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1) Handling and management of litigation pertaining to Motor accident claims, Consumer litigation, and other legal-related issues

2) Dealing with Courts, Advocates, and Investigators for effective handling of claims

3) Appointment of advocates and Regular follow-up with Advocates for opinions for compromise/contest

4) Adducing evidence in legal claims

5) Adherence to internal processes and external regulations

6) Co-ordinate with internal customers in order to facilitate effective handling of claims and share the court precedents for them to deal with the claims

7) Ensure timely compliance with the orders passed by courts

8) Review of cases and proper maintenance of case files and details in the system

9) Coordination with local regulatory and administrative bodies
