**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive folk dance (Bhangra & Giddha)curriculum that encompasses various styles, techniques, and cultural traditions.
- Plan and schedule Bhangra & Giddha classes, workshops, rehearsals, and performances, taking into account the needs and preferences of participants.
- Recruit, train, and supervise instructors, musicians, and other personnel involved in the folk dance program.
- Provide instruction and guidance to participants of all skill levels, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Organize and promote folk dance events, festivals, and showcases to showcase the talents of participants and promote cultural exchange.
- Collaborate with community organizations, schools, and cultural institutions to expand outreach and participation in folk dance activities.
- Manage budgets, resources, and logistics for folk dance programs and events, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, enrollment, and program evaluations, and use feedback to continuously improve the quality of offerings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in dance instruction and performance.
- Stay informed about developments and trends in Bhangra & Giddha, attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 3yrs experience in Bhangra & Giddha, choreography, and performance.
- Proficiency in a variety of folk dance styles from different cultural traditions.
- Knowledge of music, costumes, and cultural aspects related to folk dance traditions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including instructors, musicians, volunteers, and community partners.
