**Job Summary**:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and generating sales leads. You will also handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide information about our offerings. The role requires effective communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products/services.
- Receive and handle inbound calls from customers, addressing queries and providing information.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and feedback.
- Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions to encourage sales.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and explore additional sales opportunities.
- Adhere to privacy regulations and ensure the confidentiality of customer information.
- Strive for high-quality customer interactions and adhere to company standards for service.
- Continuously seek feedback from supervisors and actively work on improving communication and sales skills.
- Adapt to changes in products, services, or call scripts as directed by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in english.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role is a plus.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
- Customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or communication is a plus.
