We are looking for a resilient, empathic IT sales executive to contribute to the growth of our company.

**Requirements**:
1. MBA degree with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Strong passion for sales and a desire to build a career in the IT industry.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
4. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to take initiative and work
independently.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging sales targets.
6. Basic understanding of IT products, services, and trends in the market (previous IT
- related experience is a plus).
7. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales-related
tools.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and approach potential IT clients.
2. Present IT products/services to clients.
3. Build and maintain client relationships.
4. Achieve monthly sales targets.
5. Participate in industry events and conferences.
6. Collaborate with the technical team for customized solutions.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
