Librarian

Manage library operations, including acquisitions, cataloging, circulation, and reference services.
- Develop and maintain the library collection, selecting materials that meet the needs and interests of the community.
- Assist patrons in locating and accessing library resources, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Plan and implement library programs and events, such as book clubs, author visits, and workshops.
- Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other libraries to promote literacy and lifelong learning.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in library science, and incorporate new ideas into library services.
- Supervise library staff and volunteers, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of the library.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field (Master's degree in Library Science preferred).
- Previous experience working in a library setting, with knowledge of library operations and services.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Proficiency in library software and digital resources.
- Passion for reading, learning, and promoting library services.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
