**Job Description: Graphic Designer at Viralon Digital Services**

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Viralon Digital Services. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs for various digital platforms, including social media posts / carousels, logo design, brochure design, label design, and monocarten design. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects for our diverse clientele, helping them establish a strong brand identity and captivating their target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, including
- engaging posts and carousels that align with clients' brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Create unique and memorable logo designs that effectively represent clients' businesses and establish their brand identity.
- Develop eye-catching and informative brochures that communicate clients' products or services effectively to their target audience.
- Design attractive and informative labels for various products, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and client specifications.
- Create compelling monocarten designs for marketing campaigns, exhibitions, or events, incorporating innovative and visually appealing elements.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project
- requirements, objectives, and target audience to deliver designs that meet their needs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure our designs are fresh, modern, and effective.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing graphics for social media platforms, logo design, brochure design, label design, and monocarten design.
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to translate clients' requirements into visually compelling designs that effectively communicate their message.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams, as well as present design concepts and ideas effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity, originality, and a passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and techniques.

**Proficiency in Software Tools**:

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
