**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrician and plumber.
- Excellent knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, components, and codes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
