**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement robust organic lead generation strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, articles, videos) tailored to our target audience to boost engagement and generate leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends and analyze competitor activities to uncover opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
- Oversee and grow the company’s social media profiles, ensuring consistent brand messaging and active follower engagement.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor performance and refine strategies for optimal lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure social media strategies align with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of proven experience in social media marketing, focusing on organic lead generation, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and their unique audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in social media marketing or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
