**Junior Embryologist (Female)
- Minimum 1-2 Years exp.**

Job Location
- Dehradun (Uttrakhand)
- **Assistance with Embryo Procedures**:Assist senior embryologists in performing procedures such as intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), embryo biopsy, and assisted hatching.
Participate in the preparation of embryos for culture and cryopreservation
- **Laboratory Maintenance**:Help maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, ensuring proper functioning of equipment and supplies.
Assist in regular equipment maintenance and calibration.
- **Semen Analysis and Processing**:Learn to evaluate and analyze semen samples for quality and viability.
Assist in preparing sperm samples for various procedures like ICSI and insemination.
- **Data Entry and Documentation**:Accurately record and document laboratory procedures, patient information, and outcomes.
Ensure that records are maintained in compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards
- **Quality Control Support**:Participate in quality control activities, such as monitoring incubator conditions and verifying equipment performance**.**
- **Patient Interaction**:Assist senior embryologists in communicating with patients about treatment plans, progress, and results.
- **Lab Safety and Compliance**:Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- **Problem Solving**:Collaborate with senior embryologists to troubleshoot technical challenges and anomalies that may arise during procedures.
